Role

  • Achieving growth and reaching sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Mentoring and coaching of the sales team to empower them to take ownership of their opportunity pipelines
  • Developing new business opportunities and leads into new markets
  • Understanding pricing, margins, and discounting impacts
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

Experience and skills
